Back to topTo enhance the customers' shopping experience, It will be helpful when a customer finds more information about products such as manuals, user guides, etc. By default, Magento doesn't provide the feature to upload documents against products.
By using Product Attachment extension you can upload unlimited attachments for a single product. So customers can easily understand the product's detailed information or usage. So customers not necessary to contact the merchant for product information. Product Attachment will be the best choice to attach documents for each product. It also helps admin to manage all the attachments from the attachments grid. Admin can also decide who can view the product attachment by selecting store view and customer group option in attachment form. Admin can view/download attachments from the admin grid or form itself.
Key Features:
- Allowed file types: PDF, DOCX, CSV, XLSX, TXT, JPG, PNG, JPEG, GIF, FLV, MPEG, MP4, MP3, AVI, MO, ZIP and RAR.
- Admin can control the display area either product tab or under short description.
- Admin can choose a sort order for the attachment product tab.
- Admin can add an unlimited number of product attachments from the attachment form.
- Admin can view/download attachments from the admin grid or form itself.
- Admin can upload an icon for the attachments in the attachment form itself.
- Allowed icon types: jpg, jpeg, gif, and png.
- Admin can restrict attachments by store view and customer group.
- REST API is available to create, update, delete and retrieve a product attachment.
