Account & Pricing
- To use this add-on, you must have a Hepsipay Virtual POS membership.
- For the add-on to work in a live environment, your server IP address must be registered with Hepsipay.
- Sellers who want to create a Hepsipay account can apply here.
How to Use Hepsipay
- Customers add the selected products from the seller’s store to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- The customer enters their address and phone number.
- On the payment method page, the customer selects "Pay with Hepsipay".
- Hepsipay services are activated based on the phone number entered by the customer.
- The integration displays the payment form on the screen.
- If the customer has a saved card, the stored cards are listed. The customer can select one of them, add a new credit card, pay with their digital wallet, or choose the shopping loan option.
- If the payment is successful, the customer is redirected to a designated confirmation page.
- The order status is updated accordingly.
Security & PCI Compatibility
PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) is a security framework designed to protect cardholder information. All information collected by Hepsipay is securely transferred and stored on Hepsipay servers. Payment data and personal information are protected using appropriate encryption algorithms.
- On the payment page, the customer’s card and payment details are encrypted and transferred to Hepsipay servers through an iFrame window.
- For security reasons, these transactions are performed using a SIGNATURE mechanism.
- Customer data is never stored on Magento servers.
- After entering card details, the customer is directed to a 3D Secure verification step.
Add-on Settings
After logging into the Magento Admin Panel, click on the payment method link to access the "Pay with Hepsipay" add-on settings.
- Enter the API Endpoint, Merchant No, Terminal No, and Store Key provided by Hepsipay in the relevant fields.
- Save the add-on settings and start using the service.
- Important Note: Ensure that your server IP address is registered with Hepsipay.
