Display FAQs On Product Pages
This Magento 2 Product Questions extension creates an additional tab for frequently asked questions (FAQs) on your product pages. Customers can look up answers for their questions without having to load the product page.
Add ‘Ask A Question’ Button
With ‘Ask a Question’ button, your customers can inquire more about the product by sending a query from the product page. This allows your customers to easily connect with the support team of your store.

This allows your happy customers to contribute in Product FAQs by answering questions in more detail. You can enable an ‘Add Answer’ button for customers, review answer, approve and publish it.
Allow Users to Like/Dislike & Rate FAQs

Project FAQs On Any Page With Block Widget
To highlight specific questions that are popularly asked, you can add those FAQs in an elegantly designed block widget and place it anywhere on your website. You can also add search option with the block.
Configure Email Notifications For Admin & Users
By enabling notifications, you remain informed when a question is asked or answered. Your customers also remain updated when their question gets answered by you or another customer.
Users Can Access FAQs In ‘My Account’
From ‘My Account’ section, your customers can view all the questions or answers they have posted.
Import Or Export FAQs
To make things easy, you can import all your FAQs in CSV file from back end or download all FAQs you have currently on your website in a single click.
SEO Settings
SEO settings allow you to bring maximum exposure to your FAQs so they appear on top searches on Google SERPs. You can provide a user-friendly title, identifier, meta description, and keywords to rank your Magento 2 product questions higher in searches.
