Flip is dedicated to ensuring secure and reliable payment experiences for both merchants and their customers.

This extension uses a Hosted Payment Page (HPP) integration. At checkout, customers are redirected from the merchant’s site to Flip’s secure payment page, where they enter their payment details. This approach ensures that no sensitive payment data is entered, processed, or stored on the merchant’s Magento server.

For card payments, Flip does not store any credit card data. Instead, we partner with a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor that uses tokenization to securely handle and process card information. All sensitive data is handled on our partner’s PCI-certified systems. 

We recommend that merchants consult with a PCI advisor to confirm their specific compliance requirements.
