Lightspeed Retail Integration (R-Series)

Lightspeed HQ company is a cloud-based POS system that provides all the essential tools for effective and intuitive management of in-store inventory.

The module connector facilitates synchronization between Lightspeed Retail POS and the eCommerce platform, available for both Community and Enterprise Editions. 

The primary goal of the module is to use Lightspeed as a source content source (Master Catalog) and Magento as a distribution channel. It offers an Omni-channel environment with all management centralized in the Lightspeed Retail Point of Sale system.

Once the sync is initialized, catalog data is imported from Lightspeed into Magento for seamless integration and efficiency. Completed orders are then exported back to Lightspeed, ensuring an up-to-date inventory and minimizing inventory latency. 

To optimize the efficiency of data transfer, the module includes Smart HASH Logic, which detects changes from Lightspeed. For example, if a product description changes in Lightspeed, the module identifies a hash code mismatch with the Magento version and the corresponding SKU is flagged for the next sync.
