Back to topOverview
Back to topeTechFlow Supplier Autoflow is an extension for Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce that automates multi-supplier catalogue management for stores that sell the same product through several suppliers in priority order. It keeps each supplier's active flag in step with stock and reprices every product from whichever supplier is currently first-active, writing cost × (1 + markup / 100) to the price attributes you choose. When a stock-dependent supplier runs out, Autoflow switches that supplier's slot off, fulfilment falls through to the next supplier in your priority list, and the customer-facing price is recomputed from that supplier's cost and markup — with your chosen rounding and, optionally, an auto-anchored regular price that renders a strikethrough on the storefront. Every change is written to a full audit log so your team can trace exactly why and when a price moved. All behaviour is configured from a single admin section — no supplier names, attribute codes or markup percentages are hardcoded — and the module ships disabled by default, so nothing changes until you have defined your suppliers and switched it on.
You define your suppliers as priority-ordered slots (top = highest priority), each mapping a supplier to the product attributes that hold its active flag, name, cost and markup. Autoflow watches stock through one of five trigger sources — Magento quantity, MSI default source, MSI per-slot source, a per-slot quantity attribute, or disabled — with the MSI modes soft-detected so the module installs and runs on non-MSI builds. It reacts in real time to stock saves, MSI source-item saves and manual product edits, backed by an hourly cron safety net and an on-demand CLI resync command for a single SKU or the whole catalogue. When every supplier is inactive you decide the fallback — set the product out of stock, disable it, or leave it with a warning — and an optional reverse-toggle re-activates a supplier and reprices from its current cost when its stock returns. The extension runs entirely inside Magento with no outbound API calls, no third-party keys and no subscriptions.
Features
- Stock-driven auto-toggle — when a configured stock-dependent supplier's stock reaches zero, its slot's active flag is switched off automatically; other (drop-ship) slots stay manual-only.
- Automatic repricing — recomputes the price from the first-active supplier's cost × (1 + markup / 100) whenever a slot flips or a merchant edits cost or markup.
- Flexible price output — write to the regular price, the special price, or the special price with an auto-anchored regular price for storefront strikethrough / sale pricing.
- Five stock-trigger sources — Magento quantity, MSI default source, MSI per-slot source, per-slot quantity attribute, or disabled. MSI modes are soft-detected and optional.
- Configurable rounding — 2 decimal places, 5p, 10p, 99p-ending (psychological pricing) or none, applied after markup.
- No-active-supplier fallback — set the product out of stock, disable it, or leave it with a warning when every supplier slot is inactive.
- Reverse toggle on restock — re-activate a slot and reprice from its current cost when its stock returns.
- Full audit log — every toggle and reprice is recorded with product, SKU, event type, trigger source and before/after prices, for finance and troubleshooting.
- Hourly cron and CLI — an hourly safety-net recompute plus an on-demand resync command for one SKU or the whole catalogue.
- Fully merchant-configurable and self-contained — no hardcoded supplier names, attribute codes or markups; no external services, keys or subscriptions; ships disabled by default.
