Back to topOverview
Back to topeTechFlow Point Of Sale adds a complete, browser-based retail checkout to your existing Magento 2 store, so your staff can sell across the counter using the very same catalog, customers, pricing, tax rules and inventory that already power your website. There is no separate POS platform to reconcile and no native app to install: a cashier simply opens one URL on any tablet, laptop or PC, pairs the device once with an activation code you set in the admin, and signs in with a PIN. From that register they search products by name, SKU or barcode, build a cart, attach a customer, apply a discount or an order note, and take payment - and the instant the sale is finished the extension writes a genuine Magento order into your store, deducts the stock from the correct Multi-Source Inventory source for that location, and hands the shopper a receipt by print, email or SMS. Typical uses include a physical shop attached to an online store, a pop-up or market stall, a trade or wholesale counter, and click-and-collect or in-store returns for web orders.
Because every in-store sale becomes a real Magento order, your reports, best-sellers, customer history and stock levels stay unified between online and in-store - a shopper can buy at the counter today and return online next week against the same record. The register takes card payments through Stripe Terminal as well as cash (with change due), split tenders, deposits and partial payments, layaway, store credit, bank transfer and on-account, and it handles refunds, in-store returns, parked/saved carts, custom sale lines and configurable, bundle or grouped product options. Behind the counter it adds cash management (opening float, shifts and X/Z reports), purchasing (suppliers, purchase orders, receiving and reorder), clienteling, B2B quotes and a live sales dashboard. Nothing on your storefront changes for online shoppers - the POS is a separate, admin-configured register that runs independently of your theme and works alongside Luma, Hyva and Adobe Commerce - and the receipt template, tender types, tax handling, register and location settings, hardware and Stripe options are all configurable from Stores > Configuration, so you can tailor the extension to exactly how your business runs.
Features
- Device-paired browser register - runs on any tablet, laptop or PC; no native app to install.
- Real Magento orders with correct MSI stock deduction per register.
- Every payment type - Stripe Terminal card payments, cash (with change due), split tenders, deposit / partial payment, layaway, store credit, bank transfer and on-account.
- Returns & refunds - in-store returns, receipts by print, email or SMS, and full card transaction history.
- Cash management - opening float, shifts and X/Z reports.
- Purchasing - suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, reorder and product cost.
- Customers & B2B - clienteling (customer 360), quotes, groups, wishlists and GDPR tools.
- Reporting - live dashboard plus profit and unified (in-store + online) reports.
- Hyva, Luma and Adobe Commerce - the register serves independently of your storefront theme.
Hardware & devices
The register runs in the browser and works with common in-store hardware over USB, Bluetooth or WiFi - no drivers or middleware to install:
- Receipt printers - print to any printer your device can reach (USB, network or PDF) with one tap; or connect an ESC/POS thermal printer directly over USB (Web Serial) or Bluetooth (Web Bluetooth); or send Epson ePOS-Print to a network / WiFi thermal printer for silent printing.
- Card readers - Stripe Terminal smart readers (e.g. WisePOS E, BBPOS) connect over WiFi.
- Barcode scanners - any USB or Bluetooth HID scanner types straight into the product-search field.
- Cash drawer - opens automatically through the thermal printer's kick port when a sale completes.
- Customer display - drive a second, customer-facing screen from the same register.
USB and Bluetooth device connections use the Web Serial / Web Bluetooth APIs - available in Chrome and Edge. Browser and network printing work in any browser.
