Back to topeTechFlow Advanced Product Reviews replaces Magento's basic review system with a rich, conversion-focused review and Q&A experience for Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce. On every product page it adds star ratings with photo and video uploads, verified-buyer badges, pros and cons, a “would recommend” flag and “was this helpful?” voting, turning your catalog into a source of authentic social proof that lifts conversion. Shoppers can comment on reviews and ask product questions inline, store staff reply from the admin, and post-purchase reminder emails (with optional auto-generated discount coupons) bring more reviews in over time. It is theme-agnostic (Luma and Hyvä), enforces guest and purchase-required review policies server-side, and blocks spam with an invisible CAPTCHA.
The storefront review widget — rating summary, star distribution, a filterable review list with media galleries, helpful-voting, comments and a Q&A section — is rendered entirely server-side, so it works on any theme without a front-end rebuild and is Full Page Cache friendly. From the admin you moderate reviews and questions, choose which policies apply, schedule post-purchase reminders, and read an analytics dashboard covering ratings, star distribution, 12-month trends and your top-reviewed products. Reviews can optionally be auto-translated into the storefront language using your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude API key (billed by the provider), and a full GraphQL + REST API with native Hyvä integration makes the module headless-ready.
