Back to topESTS has developed a “Custom Contact Form” extension the contact form is a basic extension that helps to admin find customers' sent requests and inquiries in an easy way. This extension adds more functionality to the contact form, such as advanced notifications for all incoming contacts. Contact form is an inbuilt functionality of Magento, but with this extension, that process becomes easy and the admin can easily manage their customer's messages in one place in the admin grid. Also, in the Magento default contact form, we have added some custom fields regarding the departments that will help customers choose their opinion of the contact to admin.
