Back to topThe Call to Order extension is an amazing tool to help you transform your call-center into a busy one. The module allows customers can leave the call information to the administrator of the store about a product they like and the website administrator can contact the customer on the mobile number register. The administrator can easily manage the data of Call to Order via the admin grid and leave a comment, put a status on the customer mobile number ( if the customer receives, reject, not responded to call).
This extension also gives email notifications to inform the administrator when customer Fill contact information ( mobile number). Call To Order helps if a customer needs to inquire about a product they like. The customer can register/enter the mobile number, the website administrator can contact with the customer on the mobile number register. The administrator can leave a comment, put a status on the customer mobile number ( if the customer receives, reject, not responded to call). This extension also gives email notifications to inform the administrator when customer Fill contact information ( mobile number).
Features:
Front Office:
- Users can fill the contact detail in popup for each product
- Users can register call for any product.the
Back Office:
- Change popup(default window and lightbox popup
- Set up an e-mail address where the Client question will be sent.
- Check the call where the Clients call will be sent. Go to Call To Order->Manage-> Call to Order Report
- Delete the old call reports.
- Change the popup color, text, and background color.
