Fatturazione Elettronica ITA 2

Fatturazione Elettronica ITA 2 is an extension that allows you to manage the electronic invoicing process by following the Italian legislative directive which came into force on January 1, 2019 for all Italian subjects which operating in the Italian market. 

The module allows you to create the XML layout of invoices and credit memo necessary to be processed by the SDI (Interchange System). 

To work correctly the extension needs to have the VAT, SDI and PEC fields into the customer's billing addresses. 

The module is designed for all individual and non-individual companies that have to make invoices to private individuals. 

Furthermore, only required fields are entered according to the guidelines of the Revenue Agency (https://www.fatturapa.gov.it/export/documenti/fatturapa/v1.2.1/Rappresentazione-tabellare-fattura-ordinaria.pdf). In some cases, therefore, the module requires some customizations on Magento side which will be evaluated by one of our technicians to understand the feasibility and any additional costs.

The module is not compatible with any other third party modules that add costs to the order. To make it become compatible, it is advisable to request a personalization to our team.

Fatturazione Elettronica ITA 2 è un’estensione che permette di gestire il processo di fatturazione elettronica seguendo la direttiva legislativa Italiana che è entrata in vigore dal 1° gennaio 2019 per tutti i soggetti italiani che operano nel mercato italiano. 

Il modulo permette di creare il tracciato XML di fatture e note di credito necessario per essere processato dall'SDI (Sistema di Interscambio).

Per il corretto funzionamento dell'estensione è necessario avere un modulo o una personalizzazione relativa all'inserimento dei campi Codice Fiscale, Codice Destinatario (SDI) e Pec negli indirizzi di fatturazione del Cliente. Inoltre è necessario un modulo per la visualizzazione delle Province Italiane.

Il modulo è pensato per tutte le ditte individuali e non che debbano fare fatture verso i Privati. 

Inoltre vengono inseriti solo i campi obbligatori secondo le linee guida dell'Agenzia delle Entrate (https://www.fatturapa.gov.it/export/documenti/fatturapa/v1.2.1/Rappresentazione-tabellare-fattura-ordinaria.pdf). In alcuni casi quindi il modulo necessita di alcune personalizzazioni se richieste dal vostro consulente/commercialista anche lato Magento che saranno valutate da un nostro tecnico per capire le fattibilità e gli eventuali costi aggiuntivi.

• invio automatico email con fattura elettronica ad un ente terzo o direttamente alla PEC dell’SDI;
• AGGIORNAMENTO (28/12/20): aggiornamento modulo con nuovo tracciato XML 1.2.1 (https://www.acut.it/568/nuovo-tracciato-xml-fatture-elettroniche-da-ottobre-2020/)
• AGGIORNAMENTO (12/04/21): possibilità di inviare la fattura elettronica anche al Cliente e azione massiva per inviare più fatture in una volta sola.

Il modulo è compatibile con le seguenti estensioni che modificano o aggiungono costi alla fattura:

Il modulo non è compatibile con eventuali altri moduli di terze parti che aggiungono dei costi all'ordine. Per fare in modo che lo diventi è opportuno richiedere una personalizzazione al nostro team.
