Overview

The General FAQ Extension for Magento helps merchants improve customer experience by providing a dedicated FAQ section on their storefront. Shoppers can quickly find answers to common questions without needing to contact support, which reduces customer service workload and increases conversion rates. A link in the site footer makes FAQs easily accessible, while a header link allows customers to ask new questions directly from the storefront.

This extension is designed to make FAQ management simple for store administrators. From the backend, merchants can review and manage customer-submitted questions through a grid view that includes customer name, question, answer, and assigned category. Each FAQ can be enabled or disabled with a status toggle, ensuring only approved and relevant content is shown to customers. Admins can also edit any entry to provide detailed answers, assign or change categories, and publish it to the storefront.

Whether you want to display shipping policies, return guidelines, product details, or general store information, this extension provides a structured and easy-to-use FAQ system. Customers enjoy faster access to information, while merchants gain an efficient tool for maintaining clear and organized communication.
