With native Magento installation, there isn't a provision to get this information available in the orders grid. - if your store has more than one supplier to fulfill the orders
- if your store has regular customers with given user roles to create orders
- if you have sub-account users with given permissions to create orders, then you must have this extension to know exactly who created the order

- When you create and save order, the order is:
- created by name and
- user role will be saved
- Order creator name and his role will be available in the sales order grid.
- If an order goes missing, you can figure out by asking the person who created the order for any customer(s)
- You can monitor sub-account users and evaluate their performance by looking at the number of successful orders they have created
