Share Cart

Emmo Share Cart extension for Magento 2 allows your website visitors to share their shopping cart with friends and family via Social Media or WhatsApp from both storefront and back office. Customers can share their Shopping Cart via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, or send the shopping cart via email by filling up the recipient and sender details.

The email will be prefilled with the link to the shopping cart along with some additional promotional content and comments. Any customers can add their desired products to the cart and forward it to the buyer. With minimal effort the buyer can go to checkout, without going through the process of searching and adding products to cart manually, prompting them to purchase the same items or more items. 

Let’s assume a scenario, where you have a store and you have already registered customers there. As a promotion strategy, the store owner can:

• Pre-fill the cart and directly share the cart from back-office with just a single click.
• If your customers can’t find certain products on your site, you can add the desired product for them and share the cart.
• If someone can’t checkout out on your store or having a problem with payment processing, you can provide a share cart link to them so that someone else can pay for them and complete the checkout.

Share Cart From BackOffice

Emmo Share Cart extension adds an additional button on “Create New Order” in the Sales Order section. As a store owner, I can increase my sales via my loyal customers and I can let them know about the products by adding products to cart and sharing the cart with them. On the “Create New Order” page you will find the “Share Cart” button.

With a single click, you can share your shopping cart with the customer. When the customer clicks on the link in the email he will be redirected to your shop and the shopping cart will automatically update with the same products in it. He can adjust the quantities and proceed to checkout.

Share Cart From StoreFront

Emmo Share Cart adds an additional button on Shopping Cart Page – Share Cart! Clicking on this button opens a popup modal with social media link buttons for sharing. With a single click you can share your shopping cart on your desired social media platform, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Email.

If you want to send via email, then fill the details accordingly i.e. sender and recipient details moreover you can add additional comments to be sent in the email, to increase conversion and sales.

Configuration For Share Cart

Enable the extension configuration located at admin path Store  > Configuration > Emmo Extensions  > Share Cart. Add BCC email, select the Share Cart Email Template and save the configurations.
