MIRA AI & MCP Server

MIRA AI & MCP Server for Magento 2 turns your admin panel into a conversational workspace. Instead of moving between order grids, filters, and reports, admins type a question such as "Why did sales drop last week?" or "Which products are about to run out of stock?" and get a direct answer drawn from live store data. After installation, a chat panel is available from every page of the admin. Answers appear as tables, metrics, and summaries that can be exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV. The assistant can also carry out store actions, such as updating prices or stock, enabling or disabling products, creating coupons, and generating invoices and shipments, but only after the admin explicitly confirms each one. Every action is recorded in an audit log that shows who approved it and what changed. The extension uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect the AI securely to your store, respects your existing admin roles and permissions, and works with the AI provider of your choice, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and compatible models. The storefront is not affected; all changes are limited to the admin panel. Merchants can choose their AI provider and model, control which admin roles can use the assistant and which actions it may perform, and customize the suggested questions shown to admins. It is useful for store owners who want a quick daily overview, for operations teams tracking pending and cancelled orders, for merchandisers finding slow-moving stock, and for managers who need an on-demand report without building one manually.

How It Works
