Processing shipments with Sendy

Orders are automatically imported directly from your webshop, allowing you to effortlessly select the preferred carrier and delivery method. Choose from leading shipping providers such as DHL, PostNL, or DPD, or mix and match carriers based on your specific needs. You can process multiple orders simultaneously or fine-tune shipping options per order. Once everything is set, you can quickly print the labels directly from your Magento dashboard and track the shipment status with ease.

To further enhance efficiency, the order overview includes two new bulk actions: create a Sendy label and print a label. The track & trace information is automatically added to your order overview, ensuring full transparency for both you and your customers.

If desired, you can also integrate a parcel shop delivery option into your shipping methods within the Magento back-end. This enables you to offer your customers even more flexible delivery choices, enhancing their shopping experience. Creating and printing a shipping label per order:

To create a shipping label for an order, open the order in your Magento dashboard and navigate to the order menu. Click on ‘Sendy create label’ to initiate the label creation process. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to specify the number of packages you want to ship for this order and select the preferred shipping method. Once you've made your selections, simply press ‘Submit’ to generate the label.

After successfully creating the shipping label, you can easily download and print it directly from the order overview page. Just click on ‘Download Shipping Labels’ to retrieve the label and ensure your package is ready for dispatch.

Creating and printing a shipping label in bulk:

To create shipping labels in bulk, select the orders for which you want to create labels and, from the Actions dropdown, select ‘Create Sendy labels’. This opens a pop-up that allows you to choose the number of packages you want to ship for the selected orders and the shipping preference you want to use.

After pressing Submit, the shipping labels will be created. You can then print the labels by selecting the orders and choosing ‘Print shipping labels’ from the Actions dropdown.
