The extension comes with fully configurable email notifications, ensuring that both administrators and customers are kept informed at every step. Customers receive confirmation when they submit a question and an email reply once their query is answered. Administrators are notified instantly whenever a new question arrives.

Configuration
- Enable the Module:
- Go to Stores → Configuration → Ecommet Extensions → Product Questions
- Set Enable Module to Yes
- Email Notifications:
- Admin Email Address: Enter the email ID to receive notifications when a new question is submitted.
- Email Templates: Configure the email templates for:
- Customer submission confirmation
- Customer reply notification
- Admin new question notification
- Email Templates Customization (Optional):
- Go to Marketing → Communications → Email Templates
- Customize templates using variables like customer name, product name, question, and answer.
Usage Workflow
- The customer clicks the “Ask a Question” button on the product page.
- Fills form with Name, Email, Question, optional Phone Number.
- Admin receives notification email.
- Admin responds via admin panel.
- Customer gets answer email.
