Account & Pricing
- Separate OpenAI account required.
- API key must be generated via OpenAI’s platform.

- MageAsk does NOT transmit sensitive or business data - only the query prompt is securely processed through the OpenAI API.
- MageAsk is a one-time purchase (no subscription for the module itself), but OpenAI charges for API usage separately.

How to Use MageAsk
- Navigate to MageAsk via the Magento Admin Menu.
- Enter a query (e.g., “List my top 10 selling products this year”).
- Click ‘Get Answer’ → See tabular results instantly.
- Use Export to CSV to download.
Troubleshooting & Support
- No Results? Rephrase your question (e.g., use “last 30 days” instead of “last month”).
- Invalid Query? Only SELECT queries are allowed. If a risky query is detected, the module blocks it for your security.
