Stop manually sending dropship orders to your suppliers

With Dropday, every order automatically reaches the right supplier. No manual work, no missed orders, no mistakes. Set up your own order routing rules, connect your suppliers, and let Dropday handle the rest.

This is especially useful for Magento stores that work with dropshipping, multiple suppliers, mixed warehouse and dropship products, or supplier-specific order processes.

What Dropday does

Dropday receives new orders from your Magento store, checks your routing rules, splits the order when needed, and sends the correct products to the right supplier.

For example, one customer order may contain products from three different suppliers. Dropday can split that order into separate supplier orders and automatically send each purchase order to the correct supplier.

Key features

  • Automatically email suppliers when a Magento order comes in
  • Split orders by supplier and route each part to the right destination
  • Send order files directly to your supplier's FTP server
  • Connect to supplier systems via API
  • Send purchase orders via EDI, including EDIFACT, X12 and custom formats
  • Hold selected orders for manual review before sending
  • Use routing rules based on product, SKU, EAN, category, stock, price, customer address and more
  • Keep your dropship and warehouse workflows separated

Supported supplier workflows

Every supplier works differently. Dropday helps you support different order workflows from one central dashboard.

You can send supplier orders by:

  • Email
  • FTP
  • API
  • EDI
  • Custom order files such as CSV, XML, TXT, JSON or XLSX

Benefits

  • Save hours of manual order processing every week
  • Reduce mistakes when sending supplier orders
  • Automatically route orders to the right supplier
  • Process supplier orders outside office hours
  • Support multiple suppliers from one Magento store
  • Scale your dropshipping operation without adding extra manual work

Account & pricing

The Magento extension is free to install, and you can create a Dropday account for free. Your account includes a 14-day free trial, giving you time to connect your Magento store, add suppliers, set up routing rules, and test your supplier order workflow.
