• DQE One comprises data quality management modules dedicated to checking and optimizing all customer data (B2C and B2B): postal address, email, telephone number, title, and legal information.
• This solution uses the DQE APIs to offer suggestions and verifications on various fields, including addresses, emails, phone numbers, as well as first and last names.

• Address verification and suggestion: The "DQE Address" module allows automatic verification and suggestions on address fields in account creation, account modification, and checkout forms for both registered and guest customers. It uses an error mapping system with customizable messages and manages blocking and non-blocking errors to improve the quality of submitted data. DQE is committed to the quality of US and international postal addresses, thanks to our 240 qualified and maintained international postal geographical databases.
• Email validation: The "DQE Email" module verifies and suggests email addresses in customer and checkout forms. Emails can be validated based on syntax, blacklisted domains, disposable email services, and incorrect addresses.
• First and last name verification: The "DQE Names" module provides verification on first and last name fields in customer account creation and modification forms. It also suggests email addresses based on these fields. A feature to manage civility (gender) is included, allowing the forms to be adapted accordingly.
• Phone number validation: The "DQE Phone" module validates phone numbers in the same forms (customer account and checkout). This ensures that submitted phone numbers are correct and valid.
• Business (B2B) verification: The "DQE B2B" module verifies and suggests business information such as company name, SIRET number, addresses, along with email and phone validation in company account creation forms.

Modular Architecture

The DQE solution is built on a modular architecture with a central controller that manages the DQE API requests and returns formatted responses for each type of verification. These responses can be temporarily stored in the database, especially until the form is submitted. An observer system is used to permanently save validated data upon form submission.

• Multistore Management: The module supports multi-store setups, allowing specific configuration of DQE services (Address, Email, Gender, etc.) for each store or website via Magento's admin panel.
• JavaScript Integration: API responses are processed by JavaScript files that dynamically insert hidden fields into the forms to keep track of temporary data until final validation upon submission.
• Cron: A scheduled task system (Cron) is used to clean up temporary data that has not been submitted.
