The VendorLoom Multi Vendor Marketplace extension transforms your Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source store into a fully functional, multi-seller marketplace similar to Amazon or Etsy. It empowers store owners to seamlessly onboard independent third-party vendors who can sell their own products directly through your storefront. When you install this extension, the UX of your site is enhanced by adding a dedicated "Seller Dashboard" to the frontend customer account area, providing vendors with a portal to manage their profile, products, and payouts. Customers will experience a unified shopping journey, allowing them to add products from multiple different vendors into a single cart, while the system automatically calculates vendor-wise shipping rates at checkout. This extension is perfect for merchants looking to expand their catalog through dropshipping, build a B2B supplier network, or launch a niche community marketplace. The marketplace workflow is highly customizable; administrators have full control to adjust global commission rates, customize automated email notification templates, and manually approve or reject vendor registrations and product submissions.

Vendor Management
Vendors can register from the storefront and access a dedicated seller area after approval. Store admins can review vendor accounts, approve or reject sellers, and manage seller information directly from the Magento admin.
Product Approval Workflow
Vendors can add and edit products from the seller panel. Admins can review vendor-submitted products and approve or reject them before they become available to customers. This helps marketplace owners maintain catalog quality and control what appears on the storefront.
Multi-Vendor Cart and Shipping
The extension supports carts containing products from multiple vendors. Shipping is calculated per vendor package and then shown to the customer as a single marketplace shipping method during checkout. Supported shipping options include self-shipping, marketplace logistics, product-level custom shipping, region-based shipping, and flat-rate fallback behavior. Vendors can request a change to marketplace logistics, and admins can approve or reject the request.
Commission and Payouts
VendorLoom records seller earnings and marketplace commission in a transparent ledger. Vendors can request payouts, while admins can review and process payout requests. The admin seller order transactions grid helps store owners review seller activity, order earnings, commission, shipping amounts, and payout-related records.
Refund Handling
The module supports vendor-wise refund ledger handling for admin-created credit memos. Refunded items are grouped by vendor, and shipping refunds are allocated based on the original vendor shipping breakdown.
Designed for Marketplace Control
VendorLoom Multi Vendor Marketplace is designed for store owners who want admin-controlled marketplace operations. The admin remains in control of seller approval, product approval, payout processing, logistics mode approval, and refund processing.
