Bitcoin + Lightning Payment

Coinsnap is a Lightning payment provider that allows to process Bitcoin and Lightning payments over Lightning network. A merchant only needs a Lightning wallet with a Lightning address to accept Bitcoin and Lightning payments on their website.
Coinsnap payment extension is intended for online stores to accept Bitcoin and Lightning payments via Coinsnap payment gateway https://app.coinsnap.io/.

With Coinsnap payment processing, you can accept Bitcoin and Lightning payments on your website or online store without any technical effort. You don’t need your own Lightning Node or other technical requirements.
Bitcoin and Lightning payments from your customers will be credited directly to your own Lightning address.
Simply register in Coinsnap, enter your own Lightning address and your customers can pay you with Bitcoin and Lightning.

Account and Pricing

An additional Coinsnap account is required. The  account is not created during extension installation. To create your free account please visit the signup page. 

Signing up with Coinsnap is quick and easy for a merchant. When  registering, you enter your email address and your Lightning address, to which the Bitcoin and Lightning sales should be paid out. Further  information is voluntary and not required. 

Merchants pay no basic fee, no transaction fee, only 1% on the invoice amount with referrer code. Without referrer code the fee is 1.25%. Get a referrer code from our partners and customers and save 0.25% fee. 

Payment

Upon checkout, customers are redirected to the Coinsnap payment page.  The customer don't need to enter his data, he uses his Lightning wallet. Once the payment process is complete, customers can return to your store. No customer data is ever entered during payment process. 

Security

• The customer don't need to enter his data for payment with Coinsnap, he uses his Lightning wallet that interacts with payment gateway directly. 
• Upon checkout, customers are redirected to the payment page.
• Merchant and Payment gateway don't collect customer's payment data.
• Magento server collects only order data necessary for fulfillment and delivery.
