Our RMA is for easy order refunds and is convenient for returns. Also, it will improve customer experience and, with the enhanced human experience, improve repeat orders. Admin, both registered users and guests can submit an RMA request for various solutions. Admins can define custom return reasons and set multiple return statuses, which is flexible and important for any business needs. Customers can upload different images in JPG and PNG format while submitting return requests, helping store admins validate claims more effectively.
