ChannelEngine automatically synchronizes inventory, pricing, orders, and shipment information between your Adobe Commerce store and the marketplaces you're selling on. - Simplified listings: Upload your products directly from your Adobe Commerce catalog to ChannelEngine and decide which marketplaces to sell on. We offer various options to adjust and optimize your product content for each channel. Any changes to your product listings are updated automatically.
- Inventory management: The inventory levels in your Adobe Commerce store are synchronized automatically with the marketplaces you're selling on through the extension. Stock levels are updated almost instantly, ensuring accuracy across online channels.

- Shipping management: Once the order is marked as 'shipped', all relevant shipment information is exported from your Adobe Commerce store to ChannelEngine using the extension. The system forwards the status update to the specific marketplace, which informs the customer that the order is coming.
- Cancellations: ChannelEngine automatically updates the connected marketplaces when orders are canceled within Adobe Commerce.
