Features:

  • Period Management. Users can define and manage accounting periods, ensuring that each period's data is properly controlled and maintained.
  • Personnel Directory. A dedicated page where users can add individuals to the personnel directory, including personal details such as photos, tax numbers, phone numbers, and addresses.
  • Department Management. This feature allows the creation and management of organizational units and assigns managers responsible for approving leaves and generating attendance reports.
  • Company Roles. Admins can define company roles, set monthly working hours, vacation days, and define specific characteristics for each position in the organization.
  • Staff Allocation. The module allows HR personnel to assign employees to departments, define start and end dates, set job salaries, and manage work schedules. Additionally, users can generate and manually adjust employee attendance records.
  • Leave and Sick Registers. The module provides easy tracking of employee leave and sick days, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
