It gives a storefront a chat, voice, and semantic-search assistant that answers shopper questions, searches the catalog in natural language, captures leads, and books appointments - all trained on the merchant's own products and content and managed from the BizFinder.ai dashboard.
This extension for Magento connects a store to its BizFinder.ai account and places the assistant on every storefront page automatically - no theme edits and no embed snippets. Once enabled, the widget configures itself from the BizFinder.ai dashboard: colors, name, knowledge base, and voice all update live, and changes appear on the storefront within about a minute. For example, a shopper can ask "which of these run large?" and get a catalog-aware answer, start a voice call for help, or book a fitting - all without leaving the product page.
Account & Pricing
A separate BizFinder.ai account is required to use this extension. The account is not created during installation - merchants sign up separately on the BizFinder.ai sign-up page, then this extension connects the store to that account.
