Back to topProduct Questions & Answers adds a moderated question-and-answer section to your Magento product pages. Shoppers ask about sizing, materials, compatibility or delivery on the page where they are deciding — and your answer stays there, working for every visitor who follows.
Every question is held for review before it is published. Nothing a stranger types reaches your storefront until you approve it.
On the storefront
Approved questions appear in a clean accordion inside the product detail area, alongside Details and Reviews. Shoppers expand an answer, mark it helpful, and can ask their own question without the page reloading. After submitting, they see their question marked "Awaiting review" with a clear confirmation — never an empty list that makes them wonder whether it worked. Leave an email address, and they are notified the moment you answer.
In the admin
All submitted questions sit in one place, with pending ones sorted to the top and the asker's email beside each. Write the answer, set the status to Approved, and the storefront updates immediately — no cache flush needed. Assign a question to a single product, to several, or to every product in the catalogue. You can also publish your own entries for the questions you already get asked every week.

Description:
Fixed: the Questions & Answers section did not appear on product pages using the
default page layout. It now attaches to the standard product details area and works
on all themes.
Fixed: manual installations on Linux failed with "Class not found" because the
package folder case did not match the module namespace. The folder is now Pqa.
Fixed: approved answers stayed hidden on stores with the full-page cache enabled
until the cache expired. Approving or editing now refreshes the storefront
immediately.
Fixed: removed a leftover demo page that listed questions awaiting moderation.
Added: question status control (Pending review / Approved) and a moderation queue
that lists pending questions first, with the asker's email.
Added: shoppers who leave an email are now notified when their question is answered.
Added: a dedicated admin permission resource, so staff can moderate Q&A without
broader Content access.
Improved: after submitting, shoppers see their question marked "Awaiting review"
instead of an empty list.
Improved: one vote per visitor per question; spam protection and rate limiting on
the submission form; all interface text is now translatable.
Improved: database index added for faster question lookup on product pages.
Compatibility: PHP 8.1-8.5 (was 8.3-8.5), verified on Magento 2.4.6, 2.4.8 and 2.4.9.
