Sales Reps and Dealers is a handy tool, which helps dealers manage orders and sell products more effectively. Now you can assign personal managers to certain customer groups, e.g. wholesale or VIP customers and grant a pleasant shopping experience. Customers can also choose a dealer they’d like to work with while registering or change sales representatives in the customer account in the future. There's a great option for customers to get to know dealers - just display a block with basic information about them, for example, a photo, name and contacts. This tool is generally designed to improve your customer service and make it more personal.

Assign Sales Dealers To Customer Groups
If you assign a dealer to certain groups, the dealer will be able to manage customers and edit orders only for that group.
Review The List Of Orders Assigned To Each User
View all the orders assigned to a particular user. For instance, you pay commissions based on completed orders; filter all completed orders and see all info in a blink of an eye.
Quickly Shift Dealers Between Orders
See which dealer has been working on the order and assign the order to a different sales rep if needed.
New Orders In Proper Customer Groups
Now orders created by dealers can be assigned only to certain customer groups. The feature helps to ensure that all orders are placed correctly. This is extremely important if you set various prices for different customer groups.
Email Notifications After Dealers Change
Enable email notifications for reassignment of dealers in General settings of the module; thus both, the old and the new dealers will know about the change.
Monitor Orders With Ease
The extension adds a ‘Dealer’ column to the Order grid. It is a handy way to track the sales and performance of your dealers.
Sign In As A Customer
Store dealers can log in as customers by clicking a single button in the backend. The option is available only if they have admin permissions.
Use Appealing Email Templates
It’s possible to adjust HTML email templates using different variables. For example, apply {{var dealer}} in order emails to let clients know, who will take care of the order. Sales reps will also receive notifications about new orders to process.
Manage Dealers From ‘Edit User’ And ‘Edit Customer’ Pages
A new dealer field is added to the `Personal Information` fieldset (`Customer View` tab) on the Edit Customer page. You can also change a dealer for the customer on this page. `Account Information` tab has a specific page to do this now.
Dealers Can:
- View and edit customers
- See orders placed by customers
- Create orders from the admin panel
- Assign orders to other dealers (if allowed by admin)
- Add new customers from the admin panel
- Receive copies of order emails
