Streamline deliveries with the advanced Delivery Date Manager
This module uses 'channels' as an entity to establish independent delivery workflows, enabling highly customized configurations ideal for businesses with multiple stores and delivery options:
- All delivery channels management in one place
- View a comprehensive overview of configurations
- Customize settings for complex cases
Create unlimited delivery channels to suit your needs
With this module you can set up multiple delivery options and refine each to match specific requirements. Use the channels feature to control when certain delivery methods are available, block out unavailable days like weekends and holidays, set delivery quotas, and define the number of timeslots for each schedule :
- Set up flexible scheduling options
- Personalize delivery intervals
- Adjust restrictions to suit your needs
- Configure exception days
- Define minimum and maximum delivery intervals
Adjust delivery quotas and limits with precision
Each store has a capacity for how many orders it can handle per hour. To prevent system overload, you can set delivery quotas at the schedule level—for example, typically processing 150 orders per hour. During peak times, however, you can adjust this to meet demand by assigning different order limits to specific time slots.
Enhance the timetable with custom labels
The Delivery Date Manager allows you to add specific text to any timeslot, helping inform customers about important details. For instance, during peak morning or evening hours, heavy traffic may delay deliveries. Adding a note about this can help set expectations and reduce potential negative feedback.
