Overview

The Purchase Order & Dropshipping extension for Magento 2 streamlines multi-vendor operations and automates dropship fulfillment workflows directly inside the Magento admin panel. It empowers merchants to assign products to multiple vendors, generate purchase orders (POs), track vendor shipment updates, and manage dropshipping processes without leaving their store backend

Admins can quickly build vendor profiles, set handling fees, enter product-specific vendor costs, and define custom terms and conditions for each PO. The extension simplifies procurement by allowing one-click PO creation from sales orders, automatically populating shipping data, and sending POs and packing slips to vendors via email.

To avoid delays and product shortages, store owners can assign fallback suppliers per product or manually reassign orders to alternate vendors when stock is unavailable. Vendors receive secure external links to confirm PO receipt, update shipment quantities, and add tracking information, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly and transparently
