Let us help you achieve seamless integration! The application is running as Adobe App Builder App whereas both Adobe Commerce and SAP exchange data via event publishing. Such events will be managed in a journal and retried if the corresponding systems are not available. The data mapping of each entity has to be elaborated in detail for every SAP/Adobe Commerce project so that data can be transformed successfully. Additionally there is a webhook offered which serves the order history for a given customer from the SAP system. This webhook can be easily integrated in a headless frontend.
