Back to topOverview
Back to topConnecting NetSuite and Adobe Commerce is one of the most common — and most underestimated — challenges in mid-market and enterprise e-commerce. Custom integrations are expensive to build, fragile to maintain, and rarely scale cleanly.
We built this connector to change that. Developed by TechDivision, an Adobe Gold Partner with deep expertise in Adobe Commerce implementations, the NetSuite Connector is based on the official Adobe Commerce Starter Kit and the current Adobe Reference Architecture. It runs as an Adobe App Builder application and connects both systems through modern, event-driven mechanisms — no middleware, no proprietary infrastructure required.
Order Export
Fully automated, event-driven export of orders from Adobe Commerce into NetSuite. NetSuite remains your single source of truth for all order processing.
Customer Data Sync
Bidirectional synchronization of customer records and address data — keeping storefront and ERP consistently in sync.
- Runtime: Adobe App Builder (serverless, hosted on Adobe infrastructure)
- Integration Pattern: Event-driven via Adobe I/O Events
- Foundation: Adobe Commerce Starter Kit + Adobe Reference Architecture
- Data Mapping: Pre-configured, with last-mile customization options for project-specific requirements
- Onboarding: Automated setup scripts reduce time-to-live significantly
Why TechDivision
This connector is not a black-box SaaS product. It is a structured, documented integration framework that your team — or ours — can extend. As an Adobe Gold Partner, we have implemented Adobe Commerce for mid-market and enterprise clients across the DACH region and beyond. We know where integrations break, and we built this connector with those failure points in mind.
Q & A
1. Which NetSuite edition is required?
The connector is designed for NetSuite with SuiteScript and REST Web Services enabled. Please contact us to confirm compatibility with your specific NetSuite configuration.
2. Where is the connector hosted? Who operates the infrastructure?
The application runs entirely on Adobe App Builder — Adobe's serverless runtime. There is no separate server infrastructure to operate or maintain on your end.
3. How does the event-driven architecture work in practice?
Both Adobe Commerce and NetSuite communicate via Adobe I/O Events. This means changes trigger near-real-time data exchange without scheduled batch jobs or polling mechanisms.
4. Can we extend the connector for our custom NetSuite fields or workflows?
Yes. The architecture explicitly supports last-mile customization. Pre-configured data mappings cover standard use cases; project-specific extensions are handled at the implementation level.
5. What is the difference between this connector and a custom integration?
A custom integration typically requires building and maintaining the full integration layer from scratch. This connector provides a tested, architecture-aligned foundation — reducing both initial development effort and long-term maintenance overhead.
6. Does TechDivision offer implementation support?
Yes. As an Adobe Gold Partner, we provide implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. Reach out to discuss your project scope.
7. What Adobe Commerce versions are supported?
The connector is built for Adobe Commerce (Cloud). Please contact us for details on version compatibility with your environment.
