The configuration options on the App allow store owners to customize their notifications, control admin alerts sent via WhatsApp, and create custom message templates for both admins and customers. Each event—order, invoice, shipment, and credit memo—comes with its own customizable template, enabling brands to personalize their communication tone and maintain consistent messaging.
