Overview
Back to topOptimize your sales strategy by limiting the minimum and maximum order quantity of selected products for selected store views, individual customers and customer groups. Your customers will not be able to add the product to the cart unless they select the quantity within the specified range. With this extension, you can also specify the separate error messages when a customer enters the lower or higher quantities. This helps the store admin to convey a proper message to customers to avoid a bad user experience.
By default, Magento 2 does not allow you to restrict order quantity for selected products and customer group and this is where our extension comes in. You can use this extension to limit wholesale customers from ordering small quantities to secure good sales and profitability. You can also restrict the customers from ordering the large quantities of your best selling products with lesser stock. This will ensure you to serve more customers.

FAQs:

Yes, you can limit the order quantity for any customer or customer group.
Is it compatible with configurable and grouped products?
Yes, it is compatible with simple, configurable and group products.
Can we restrict the order quantity for specific products?
Yes, this product comes with an option to limit the order quantity for all or selected products.
How Does It Work?
Once the extension is installed, the store admin can set minimum and maximum order quantity limit by creating a new rule. While creating the rule the store admin can restrict the order quantity of specific products for specific customers, store views and customer groups.
The store admin can define the minimum and/or maximum quantity that customers can order. In case a customer selects the quantity above or below the defined limit, an error message will appear when they click on the "Add to Cart" button. The error message can be customized by the store admin to inform custom about what quantity they can add to cart.
