Back to topProduct Q & A extension allows customers to ask questions to the seller about products listed on the store site which the seller can respond to. Validated questions and answers are visible on the product detail page for ease of reference and help increase familiarity with listed products through viewable answers to frequently asked questions or popular inquiries posed to the seller.
Buyers visiting the product details page can submit questions about the product on the visible Q & A tab. And, Sellers can view all buyer questions using the Product Q & A grid in the admin backend. After entering the relevant response, it can be approved by the seller for display on the product details page. Approved answers can be viewed by the buyer on the product details page. Using the Product Q & A grid in the admin backend, any spam, unsuitable queries or irrelevant questions can be set to inactive so it is not displayed on the store page, allowing for a positive buyer experience. The Q & A extension can be used with captcha for spam regulation.
